Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in Northeast. The majority of houses for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 427, and it is especially convenient to find a parking spot. In contrast, travelling by public transit is at times difficult in Northeast. Nevertheless, commuters profit from the Malton Station with access to the Kitchener Line. There are approximately 30 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. Walking is not very convenient for home buyers in this neighbourhood as running daily errands is inconvenient on foot. This part of Mississauga is also not very suited for cycling because the bicycling network is not very well-developed, and there is a significant amount of elevation changes.

Services

High schools and primary schools are not especially abundant in Northeast, and consequently tend to require a long walk to get to. Families are served by public and private secondary schools. Likewise, parents and their kids may consider it very difficult to reach daycares as a pedestrian. Regarding food, it is convenient to get to the nearest supermarket by walking in Northeast. Additionally, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of options, and house buyers benefit from about 40 cafes as well. It is also convenient to get to a variety of clothing stores on foot.

Character

There is a wide variety of green spaces in Northeast. Accessing green spaces, such as Red Oak Plain and Wildfield Park, is easy from most locations within the neighbourhood since there are approximately 30 of them close by for residents to relax in. Lastly, this part of the city remains relatively quiet, thanks to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets.
