Despite the fact that this area features a reasonably good cycling infrastructure, Hill Park is not particularly appropriate for cycling as there are a fair number of slopes to challenge cyclists. The car is often the best method to navigate Hill Park. Nearby highways are reasonably easy to reach from anywhere in this part of the city, and it is convenient to access a place to park. However, the public transit service in Hill Park is somewhat poor. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner.

Services

A grocery store is usually reachable within a rather short walk from most houses for sale in this neighbourhood. Additionally, this part of Hamilton is a good place in which to go out to eat, and there are also a few coffee shops in this area. Residents have access to a fair number of clothing stores within walking distance. With regards to education, it is a rather short walk to reach daycares and schools from any location in Hill Park.
