In contrast, this part of the municipality is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly nearby. This area is not very convenient for walking because running common errands is inconvenient. This part of the municipality is also not very bike-friendly because Cypress is home to a rather poor cycling infrastructure, and bicycle riders are faced with a considerable amount of hills.

It is a short walk to access daycares and primary schools from any location in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, there are no high schools in Cypress. Concerning food, a vehicle is typically needed in Cypress to access the closest supermarket.
